The Real Estate Negotiation Institute (also known as Negotiation Expertise, LLC) is the leading negotiation and representation training company serving real estate professionals across North America. Founded in 2005, RENI has emerged as the unchallenged leader in negotiating and representation training in the real estate industry. As of August 2018, RENI has trained more than 65,000 agents in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico in professional representation techniques and how to apply them to real estate representation situations.

The mission of RENI is to help real estate professionals provide better fiduciary representation and protection for clients leading to better results. RENI will accomplish this mission through the highest quality and most timely professional negotiation and representation classes offered across North America. RENI will conduct ongoing research to ensure leading-edge representation theory and application is incorporated into all training courses.
