Greg is a partner and a national instructor with the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. His functions with the company include content and program development, instructor training and support, and of course, teaching. At the start of his career, Greg helped build an educational software startup company from a garage to a corporate acquisition. In 2003 he decided to get his real estate license to try his hand in a new field. Having anticipated the market turn early, his team helped over 500 homeowners avoid foreclosure. His foresight and subsequent success has gained him a great reputation in the industry as the go-to expert for short sale solutions. Greg’s real estate team has been ranked in the top three producing teams among his broker’s 7,000 agents between 2006 and 2013.
In addition to his work “in the trenches,” since 2008 Greg has been teaching real estate classes around the country, speaking at numerous industry events, and contributing expert opinion for the Wall Street Journal, CNN Money Magazine, CBS, NBC, ABC, The Arizona Republic and US News & World Report, among many others. In 2010, Greg was selected as the presenter and panelist on behalf of the real estate community at the annual National Association of Realtors Conference in New Orleans, during the Short Sale and HAFA key note presentation.
Originally from Moscow, Russia, Greg has been calling Phoenix his home for the past 25 years. In his free time, Greg is an avid traveler and sailor, and an internationally published photographer and writer. He and his wife live in Phoenix and are raising three young boys.
