Suze possesses the winning combination of extensive real estate experience, exceptional coaching skills and a passionate teaching method. She has played a key role in helping hundreds of agents create amazing real estate practices, surpassing their highest expectations both in terms of commissions earned as well as lifestyle lived.

Suze has been a certified professional coach since 2007. She holds the Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC) designation through Adler International, and earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) distinction in 2011 through the International Coaching Federation. Suze is passionate about leading people to excellence. This combined with her commitment, determination, and resilience has earned her a place of recognition in the world of personal and professional development.

Suze began her real estate career in 1985 at the age of 21. My broker told me to knock on some doors and find some people that need to sell, and so began a long, successful career in real estate sales. She quickly learned the ropes, selling over 25 units in her first year and soon progressed to assembling land for some of Toronto’s largest developers. The deep recession of the early 90’s came close to derailing Suze’s success but her tenacity, perseverance, and resilience saw her through what was definitely a challenging time. She returned to residential sales where she enjoyed a very successful career until she began coaching full time in 2007. With annual sales in excess of $15 million, Suze was consistently in the top 10 sales position at the prestigious firm of Bosley Real Estate in the very competitive market of midtown Toronto. While maintaining strong and lasting connections with her clients she also lived a wonderfully rich and full life outside of her real estate career.

She takes great pride in her personal accomplishments including raising a daughter with type 1 Diabetes on her own, competing at an international level in sailing and a national level in adventure racing and raising over $100,000 for the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Suze is also a wilderness leader, taking corporate teams, real estate teams, and individuals into incredible environments to facilitate personal and professional development.

Suze’s broad knowledge and experience both in and out of the real estate industry, work collectively to create a powerful experience for her team at The Nature of Real Estate and The Real Estate Negotiation Institute and for their clients in the field.
