I am a RENI Instructor because I believe in empowering others. RENI’s negotiation training personally provided me with the clarity to approach negotiations in a more systematic fashion, the ability to recognize varying negotiation tactics and techniques, and the skills to become a more nuanced persuader. I want to impart the same confidence in capability to my colleagues in real estate. The more skilled we become as negotiators, the more value we provide those we serve.
I joined the real estate profession in 2005 after a long stint working in social services. While I came to the field with a solid foundation in communication and relationship building, the RENI training has allowed me to become more intentional and strategic. Since taking the Core Concepts class in 2014, my business has progressively grown into one of referrals and past clients. While I have earned and maintain numerous designations (ABR, ePro, SRS, SRES, RSPS), my Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) is the most valuable to my business and the one I use daily. I’ve been recognized as a Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, continuously earn the RE/MAX 100% Club, and was recognized as Best Realtor in Lowcountry Parent’s inaugural Mom’s Choice Awards.
I love fall weather, college football, and a good thunderstorm. Put me in the middle of the woods and I’m a happy girl. I’m an avid reader, inconsistent yogi, and love a good dance party. I excel at getting rid of the hiccups and I live in Mt. Pleasant SC with my husband and three dogs.
The RENI seminar instructors are carefully selected and trained to provide a complete experience in negotiation workshops.
The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is always looking for qualified individuals to instruct future courses . . . Do you qualify?
