I teach negotiation for RENI because I believe negotiation is the most valuable topic for the success of a real estate agent. I also have the ability to deliver critical information in an engaging and exciting manner. My students who don’t find themselves using the new found negotiation skills during the breaks, can’t wait to implement them after class!
Twenty years of real estate experience working with a diversity of buyers and sellers, plus an engineering degree and construction experience, provide me with the practical understanding of business, and plenty of stories and examples to share with the students I teach. Constant reading and education keeps me current with the topic. Repeat business is the best proof that you are doing it right – when past clients come back to you, you have negotiated right; when past students seek you out, you know you communicate the information well. Check and check!
When not teaching, you will find me outside – gardening, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or in my sewing room making another quilt, probably to be donated. And with grown children living in different states (all “C” states!), we enjoy opportunities to travel and visit them whenever possible.
The RENI seminar instructors are carefully selected and trained to provide a complete experience in negotiation workshops.
The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is always looking for qualified individuals to instruct future courses . . . Do you qualify?
