Negotiations are the “art of the deal” – I am an artist – SUCCESSful agents are great artists drawing powerful contracts!
My lifelong career has been in one phase or another of the real estate industry. From title secretary to escrow consultant, from loan document preparation to loan officer and appraiser, from salesperson to owner/broker and B2B real estate consultant covers most of the areas of real estate I have gainfully worked. Life is funny, as a youngster being a salesperson or a teacher were the very last things on my “I want to be” list. Thankfully, gratefully and joyfully, I am now both. Real estate has been extremely good to me and that is something that I love sharing with my students – the unlimited opportunity to grow and glow. I have negotiated my way through the industry and in all part of my life. It is an honor and a privilege to help others learn the best parts of real estate – finding the WIN-WIN…or at least the Win in negotiating on behalf of our clients.
My two sons and foster son are grown men with wonderful families. Spoiling my grandchildren (and children) bring much joy. My favorite sport is politics. Even now, horseback riding, a little hunting and fishing, gardening and sharpening instructor skills are the best hobbies ever. Teaching Financial Peace University, co-facilitating a CARE Group, and volunteering for a small mission church round out my spare time. I love family, friends, serving and my work.
The RENI seminar instructors are carefully selected and trained to provide a complete experience in negotiation workshops.
The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is always looking for qualified individuals to instruct future courses . . . Do you qualify?
