MICHELLE TRAWEEK

I am a RENI Instructor because I am passionate about education, honestly an education junkie!!  I am constantly learning how to be better at what I do and want to pass that on to those who feel the same.   I once heard another instructor say “It is not about the service they received, but the EXPERIENCE!” talking about our clients.  That is where the RENI negotiation is HUGE in our profession.  The negotiation is a huge piece in our “service” to our clients.  When we listen to the client’s dreams, desires, and life goals – the “EXPERIENCE” we provide in negotiation on their behalf will be what sets us apart.  I can’t wait to help you better understand and think through that process for your client!!

Starting my career in 1999 as a single mom while rates were 9.5-10%, my family thought I was crazy to start this unbelievable journey.  My first FSBO cold call was a successful listing appointment and the journey quickly ramped up from there allowing me to quit my full-time job in 3 short months!  Since that leap of faith day, my career path has taken me places I never thought I would go from Rookie of Year nominee, Broker, Team Leader, Mentor, Board of Realtor committees, Pre-license Instructor to RENI and all kinds of stops in between!    Once I sat in the RENI class, I was blown away at the common sense approach, yet a detail we all overlook.  I knew I had to take that class into my business immediately.  Within weeks following the class, I turned 6 prospects into signed listing agreements!   I would love to bring you that energy into your business!

The calm to all my energy is my husband David.  We live in Birmingham, AL  with our sweet furbaby, Molly.   We have 4 kids and a grandbaby, who is the center of all things that matter to us now!  We love Alabama football and tailgating, seeing the world again through the eyes of our grandbaby, mentoring our children and travel.
