I am a RENI Instructor because I am passionate about developing the skill of negotiation, and most importantly, the skill of listening. It is no mistake that the best negotiators turn out to be the best listeners as well. As Simon Sinek said – “There is a difference between listening and waiting for your turn to speak.”
Starting my real estate career in the midst of a recession could have resulted in a much different outcome, but luckily, I didn’t let that stop me. Or truth be told, I didn’t realize I was diving into a pool filled with short sales, foreclosures, and people who overpaid by 40% just months earlier who now couldn’t afford their inflated mortgages – I just thought THAT was the business. And thank goodness I did! The lessons, experiences, and failures that I endured taught me grit and fortitude. Ten years later, I have a team of five, have expanded my business to another state, and have humbly enjoyed the #1 Team position in my market center for several years.
I live in Richmond, Virginia with my husband, Jason, our two children, Abby and Grayson, and our naughty black Lab, Jeter. I am a voracious reader, personal growth advocate, and spontaneous traveler. You’re very likely to catch me at a baseball field, dance competition, or escaping to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
The RENI seminar instructors are carefully selected and trained to provide a complete experience in negotiation workshops.
The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is always looking for qualified individuals to instruct future courses . . . Do you qualify?
