Teaching others about negotiation and persuasion is truly my passion! I have many years of professional negotiation experience as both a practitioner and an instructor. After spending 5 years in the Marine Corps (negotiating the sunny skies in Hawaii in jet fighters!), I spent 25 years negotiating with hundreds of companies for a top Fortune 50 company (including 4 years in Japan and the Far East). I entered real estate in 2003 and have over 15 years as an active agent and a negotiation trainer. I love to study the latest research on persuasion, figure out how it applies to real estate (and life!), and pass them on to our students.
My wife and I are fortunate to have most of our children and grandchildren living near us in Arizona (4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren). We spend time volunteering at our church, reading, traveling, and being thankful for all of our blessings.
