I am a RENI instructor because I get the privilege of giving back to the real estate profession by sharing top-notch real estate negotiation education. With every aspect of real estate involving negotiation, well-honed negotiating skills are a critical component of the entire transaction. Do you want to take your professionalism to next level and become a better negotiator? If so, the Real Estate Negotiation Institute is committed to providing education that will help you unlock your potential and take you from ordinary to extraordinary.
My real estate career began in my hometown, Chicago, Illinois, in the 1980’s, on a part-time basis. After nearly 20-years in the private sector as a budget analyst and risk manager, I relocated to Detroit, Michigan and spent another 20-plus years, in county and municipal government, as a property tax assessor. Currently, Savannah, Georgia is where I now call home, and where I am the broker-owner of Velore Brown Real Estate, LLC. In addition to being a RENI instructor, I am licensed to teach the 75-hour real estate pre-license course in the Georgia.
I graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management, with concentrations Real Estate and Human Resources. Outside of the real industry, I enjoy genealogy, photography, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
It is truly an honor and a privilege to be an instructor with the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. I look forward to meeting you, real soon, in one of my RENI classes!
The RENI seminar instructors are carefully selected and trained to provide a complete experience in negotiation workshops.
The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is always looking for qualified individuals to instruct future courses . . . Do you qualify?
