Skillful, savvy and over 100 million in real estate sales, Geri brings her experience, enthusiasm, and depth of real estate knowledge to her students and the classroom. She is fascinated by the negotiation dynamics within the real estate transaction and attended the CNE and MCNE programs by RENI in 2014. While in-class she was so impressed by the content and the simplified, organized approach to real estate negotiation, that Geri decided she wanted to teach the course and subsequently joined the team as an instructor.
Geri is a Real Estate Broker Associate with Keller Williams Carlsbad, CA. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has both a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Development and Master of Science degree in Organizational Change and Leadership. She has completed both the Certified Distressed Property Expert and Senior Real Estate Designations/Trainings. She has a passion for learning and teaching and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree.
Prior to real estate Geri worked for Clinique Laboratories, a global cosmetics company based in New York. She managed a portion of the Southwest U.S. and led a sales force of 500 sales consultants, 7 Account Executives and 2 Assistants. In addition, she developed corporate training curriculum for all Account Executives and Regional Marketing Directors in the U.S. and Canada. This experience translates to RENI in the forms of elevated teaching, coaching, mentoring, training and public speaking experience and skills.
When Geri isn't working she is listening to audiobooks, traveling, walking, cooking, hiking, working out, hanging out with her husband and taking their two dogs on as many walks as possible!
