About Me
I created RENI so you can better represent your clients and yourself through greater confidence and capability in negotiating. “Making YOU the Expert!” Teaching others about negotiation and persuasion is truly my passion! I have many years of professional negotiation experience as both a practitioner and an instructor. After spending 5 years in the Marine Corps (negotiating the sunny skies in Hawaii in jet fighters!), I spent 25 years negotiating with hundreds of companies for a top Fortune 50 company (including 4 years in Japan and the Far East).
I entered real estate in 2003 and have over 15 years as an active agent and a negotiation trainer. I love to study the latest research on persuasion, figure out how it applies to real estate (and life!), and pass them on to our students.
My wife and I are fortunate to have most of our children and grandchildren living near us in Arizona (4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren). We spend time volunteering at our church, reading, traveling, and being thankful for all of our blessings. I would love the opportunity to help you be the best negotiator you can be!
